Russell Lefevre, Ph.D., scientist/engineer on the Metropolitan Water Board will address recurring draughts and what can be done through storage, recycling, and desalination. Gayle McLaughlin, former Mayor of Richmond and Lt. Governor candidate will address methods for organizing left leaning Democrats to realize an aggressive environmental agenda. YOU.
