Liberal Democratic Policies of the 20th and 21st Centuries

March 5, 2018 @ 7:00 pm - 8:30 pm

Hello Fellow 66th Assembly District Democrats:

We know what Democrats love — policy and politics — and we have an upcoming event that covers both!

Please join us the 66th Assembly District Democratic Council (ADDC) on Monday March 5, at 7 pm, at Manhattan Bread and Bagel (1812 N. Sepulveda, Manhattan Beach).

We have the honor of presenting UCLA History Professor Dr. Chris Gantner who will enlighten us about Liberal Democratic Policies of the 20th and 21st Centuries.  If you’ve never heard Dr. Gantner you will be very pleasantly surprised.  He’s extremely entertaining while enlightening. You will learn a lot and be entertained at the same time.

Following Dr. Gantner we’ll hear from Katherine Marrs of the DCCC.  She’ll update us on the flippable California Congressional Districts.

And, time permitting, we’ll hold a contest for the best bumper sticker slogan for the 2018 and 2020 elections.  The DCCC and DNC have selected “A Better Deal”.  Can we do better? Bring your ideas and we’ll see.

Looking forward to seeing you there.
