Indivisible South Bay LA is proud to announce that our speaker for our June meeting will be Amanda Litman, Co-Founder of Run for Something. Amanda has a national profile and we are thrilled that she is joining us.

Since their founding in 2017, Run for Something has recruited more than 70,000 young people to run for local office and has nurtured these candidates with mentoring along the way. This work is crucial because when we build the bench at the local level, these office-holders rise in the ranks to state and federal office. That’s how we win back state houses and create a more secure Democratic base in the federal government.
