Renewal Energy Will Be Consistently Cheaper than Fossil Fuels in 2 Years

The International Renewal Energy Agency (IRENA) just released a report documenting the continued plunge in renewable energy costs.  While renewable energy is already often cheaper than fossil fuels (solar energy is cheaper in areas with more sun, and wind is cheaper in windy areas), the cost of renewable energy will be consistently cheaper than fossil fuel based energy by 2020.
