Rally to End Child Poverty

Please join civil rights icon Representative John Lewis, House Democratic Leader Nancy Pelosi, Representative Karen Bass, and Assembly Member Autumn Burke on Sunday, April 9, 2017 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at 808 West 58th Street, Los Angeles in support of the Rally to End Child Poverty.

California has the highest rate of child poverty in the nation and is home to more children living in poverty than any other state, at the same time federal funding for our state – especially for the most vulnerable – is under attack.

We will be joining a crowd of hundreds to rally support for new comprehensive state legislation designed to break the cycle of poverty for 1 million California children.
